At Nilhan Global Advisor, we are committed to delivering high-quality advisory and coordination services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally considered final once work has commenced.
Consultation Fees
Fees paid for consultations are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with reasonable notice.
Service Fees
For advisory and coordination services:

Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced

“Commencement” includes initial analysis, planning, or communication with third-party providers

Any work already completed is non-refundable
Third-Party Services
Nilhan Global Advisor may introduce clients to third-party service providers.

Fees paid to third parties are subject to their own refund policies

We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party services
Exceptions
In limited cases, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion, particularly where:

Services have not yet commenced

There has been a clear service issue
Any such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel services prior to commencement.
If approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or processing costs.
